Product Introduction

The 6530 and 6330 are two new additions to the Videojet DataFlex® Thermal Transfer Overprinter (TTO) series, designed to help you improve production efficiency. These Videojet TTOs utilize innovative technology to further extend printer uptime while reducing quality inspection time, waste, and rework, thereby boosting output, quality, and efficiency.
The 6530 and 6330 TTO printers feature the iAssure™ built-in code quality checker, fewer wear parts, Intelligent Motion™ technology eliminating compressed air requirements, fully electronic operation, quick ribbon cartridge replacement, and automatic ribbon feeding—all delivering maximum uptime advantages.
The DataFlex 6330 is a mid-speed TTO thermal transfer printer capable of printing up to 250 packages per minute*. It offers two print widths—32 mm and 53 mm—enabling optimal combinations of printhead and ribbon widths to deliver a cost-effective solution for your application.
The DataFlex 6530 is a high-speed TTO thermal transfer printer that maximizes uptime while reducing quality inspection time, waste, and rework, thereby enhancing production efficiency. It offers two print widths: 53 mm (with iAssure™ technology) and an industry-innovative air-free 107 mm to meet your specific application needs.
Designed for applications like vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS), the 6530 achieves print speeds up to 1,000 mm/s and production rates of 700 packages per minute.
